If you have a child diagnosed with sensory integration disorder who finds it difficult to settle in during savasana you can try these techniques;  Tuck a blanket snuggly around their body and give the child a greater sense of their body parameter in space.  For a child where weighted blankets have been recommended this could be the extra help they need to calm.  In some cases the child responds well to reiki and is able to move into a more quiet place.  The weighted eye bags often facilitate greater relaxation not just because of the weight but also due to the calming fragrance of lavender.
